Information Security Governance

Almabase supports the approach of an organization-wide program for information security supporting strategic corporate and executive goals and drivers. It engages senior leadership accountability and provides decision-making support.

Information Security Objectives

Information is the basis on which Almabase conducts its business. Almabase has a fundamental responsibility to protect Almabase & its customers information from unauthorized or accidental modification, loss, or disclosure. Almabase shall ensure that the core and supporting business operations continue to operate with minimal disruptions, and that all relevant information is managed and stored with appropriate confidentiality procedures.
Almabase's Information Security Policy has been developed to assist in the implementation of a standard and consistent level of security to be applied across all business units. These standards are intended to be met by all business units. Almabase has adopted the approach and undergone the appropriate audits. The information security policy has been prepared in a strategic context taking into account the operational, customer and legal/regulatory aspects of the Almabase functions and activities.
Almabase has implemented an information security program that meets all of the relevant information security standards, policies, and practices that govern Almabase business, as they relate to technology infrastructure and operational risk management.
